What your journey looks like

1

Initial Consultation

Book an Initial Consultation with us here. The consultation involves getting to know you and your needs. We will explore your past, current difficulties, and goals to provide a clear understanding of the challenges you are facing and recommend the most appropriate support or intervention for you.

Not sure yet? WhatsApp us on ‪+44 7864 814136‬ for a free 15-minute confidential call or text.

2

Private Therapy

A therapy session provides a safe and confidential space to explore personal challenges. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, providing evidence-based support to help develop coping strategies, improve self-understanding, and work towards meaningful change.

3

Lifetime membership

Once you have begun our journey, you are automatically part of our practice’s membership. After therapy, we will equip you with a personalised plan to maintain your therapy progress.

This means you will always have access to our services, newest resources, wellbeing newsletter, discounts with our trusted partners, and ongoing support whenever you need it, without worrying about re-registration or time limits.
